With Hong Kong having fully reopened to the world as of late 2022, Cathay Pacific finally resumed first class service. However, the airline is only offering first class on a very limited basis.
As of 2023, Cathay Pacific offers first class seats from Hong Kong (HKG) to the following destinations: Beijing (PEK), London Heathrow (LHR), Los Angeles (LAX), Paris (CDG), Tokyo Haneda (HND). The specific flight frequencies differ, but none of these destinations offer first class service more than once a day, except for Beijing, which has the potential for up to two daily services.

The Wing, First
This lounge offers passengers unparalleled privacy, comfort, and service. They also feature an exclusive champagne bar where passengers can choose from a variety of premium champagnes.
The Cabana
Inside the lounge are temperature-controlled Cabanas that come with a large bath and rain shower, comfortable daybed, and ample working space with outlets and connectivity.
Attendants will provide discreet ironing service upon request. Each Cabana comes equipped with luxury amenities, bath robes, and fluffy towels. They also offer shower suites that are thoughtfully designed with discreet, two-way wardrobes.
The Haven Restaurant
Inside the Wing, First is a restaurant that offers specially sourced fine wine pairings for each main course on the à la carte menu. Rotating every week, the menu includes a combination of Western and Asian dishes to suit every palate.
The Pier, First
This lounge has eight Day Suites that are furnished with a daybed, reading light, and privacy curtains that makes a perfect area to catch up on sleep or work undisturbed, before boarding.
